一、無功補償及線損分析(xi) 
城(農)網(wang)10kV線路線損(sun)偏大、電壓質量不(bu)高,一(yi)直是困擾我國(guo)電網(wang)建設的重要課題(ti)。經過三(san)期大范(fan)圍(wei)的農網(wang)改造(zao)后,雖然情況有所緩解,但主要問(wen)題(ti)依然存在。 
(一)導致農網(wang)線損居高不下的主(zhu)要原因(yin) 
1、農(nong)村地域廣闊,供(gong)電半徑較大,線(xian)路(lu)長。 
2、農村(cun)負荷季節性強(qiang),時段(duan)性強(qiang),負荷變化(hua)大。

二、城(農)網無(wu)功補償的現狀 
無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)是降(jiang)低線損與提高電(dian)壓質(zhi)量最重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)(de)技術手段,得到了(le)國家的(de)(de)高度(du)重(zhong)(zhong)視,并確定(ding)了(le)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)設備的(de)(de)配(pei)置,按(an)“分(fen)(fen)(fen)級補(bu)償(chang)就(jiu)地(di)平衡”的(de)(de)原(yuan)則進行規劃(hua)設計(ji),合(he)理布局,并滿足(zu)“總體平衡與局部平衡相(xiang)結合(he);供電(dian)部門補(bu)償(chang)與用(yong)戶補(bu)償(chang)相(xiang)結合(he);集中補(bu)償(chang)與分(fen)(fen)(fen)散(san)補(bu)償(chang)相(xiang)結合(he),以分(fen)(fen)(fen)散(san)為主;降(jiang)損與調壓相(xiang)結合(he),以降(jiang)損為主”的(de)(de)要求。無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)裝置在近幾(ji)年也(ye)得到了(le)長足(zu)發展,從(cong)三相(xiang)共補(bu)到分(fen)(fen)(fen)相(xiang)補(bu)償(chang),從(cong)接(jie)觸(chu)器投(tou)切到無(wu)觸(chu)點過零(ling)投(tou)切,從(cong)單一(yi)的(de)(de)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)到附加配(pei)電(dian)監測(ce)功(gong)(gong)能等(deng)等(deng),使無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)裝置的(de)(de)技術含量不斷提升。 
但是,盡(jin)管如此,各地的(de)無(wu)(wu)功補(bu)償的(de)實際(ji)現狀不容樂(le)觀。三期電網改造期間所安裝的(de)無(wu)(wu)功補(bu)償裝置大多因出(chu)現故障而退出(chu)運(yun)行,花(hua)巨資投(tou)入的(de)設施卻不能(neng)為(wei)降(jiang)低(di)線損、釋放容量和穩定電壓(ya)發(fa)揮應有(you)的(de)作用(yong),出(chu)現了“年(nian)年(nian)栽(zai)樹卻不見森林”的(de)尷尬局(ju)面(mian)。 
那么(me)(me),是什(shen)么(me)(me)原因造(zao)成(cheng)了無功補償裝置運行(xing)情況不佳的局面,歸納起來(lai)主要有以下幾點: 
1、無功補償設(she)備配置缺(que)少簡(jian)便(bian)有效的整體(ti)規劃和(he)方案設(she)計

就用戶而(er)言,千差萬別,同(tong)一規(gui)格型號的(de)變壓(ya)器,其負(fu)荷(he)(he)曲線卻是(shi)各不(bu)相同(tong)。農(nong)村(cun)負(fu)荷(he)(he)與(yu)城市負(fu)荷(he)(he)更是(shi)存(cun)在著較(jiao)大的(de)差異。顯然(ran),“以不(bu)變應萬變”的(de)做法所(suo)訂(ding)購的(de)補(bu)(bu)償無功裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)肯定無法適應現場特點,從而(er)有效地發揮補(bu)(bu)償效果(guo)。從實際效果(guo)看,大部分補(bu)(bu)償裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)經常出現投切振蕩(dang)(負(fu)荷(he)(he)較(jiao)小時,一投即過,一過又切,不(bu)能循(xun)環往復)以及變壓(ya)器空載和輕載時無法補(bu)(bu)償等情(qing)況。 
無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)設備(bei)的(de)(de)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)包括三個方面的(de)(de)內(nei)容(rong),一(yi)是(shi)(shi)確定(ding)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)地(di)點(dian)和補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)方式(shi),二是(shi)(shi)對無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)總容(rong)量(liang)(liang)進行(xing)布點(dian)分配(pei),三是(shi)(shi)確定(ding)單(dan)臺(tai)配(pei)變(bian)的(de)(de)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)。為(wei)此,除了要(yao)研究(jiu)網(wang)絡本(ben)身的(de)(de)結構(gou)特點(dian)和無(wu)功(gong)(gong)電源的(de)(de)分布之外,還需要(yao)對網(wang)絡的(de)(de)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)電力構(gou)成做(zuo)出(chu)基本(ben)的(de)(de)分析,弄清無(wu)功(gong)(gong)潮(chao)流分布,才能(neng)(neng)對補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)地(di)點(dian)和方式(shi)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)進行(xing)合理配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)。而單(dan)臺(tai)配(pei)電的(de)(de)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)結構(gou),則需要(yao)根據負荷(he)(he)監測數(shu)(shu)據的(de)(de)統(tong)計(ji)分析結果確定(ding)。當負荷(he)(he)一(yi)旦發生較大(da)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),也(ye)應該能(neng)(neng)夠及時(shi)調整電容(rong)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)。而不是(shi)(shi)簡單(dan)地(di)將變(bian)壓器個數(shu)(shu)數(shu)(shu)一(yi)數(shu)(shu),往(wang)物資部門一(yi)報了事。否則,無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)裝置(zhi)(zhi)就不能(neng)(neng)發揮應有的(de)(de)效能(neng)(neng),無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)工作也(ye)會徒勞無(wu)功(gong)(gong),投(tou)資效益更是(shi)(shi)無(wu)從談起(qi)。

2、方(fang)案二(er) 
采用(yong)我公(gong)司(si)DWT-3000單條線路無功優(you)(you)化系統(tong),對整條線路的(de)無功進行整體(ti)系統(tong)無功優(you)(you)化管理。 
此系(xi)統以(yi)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)監(jian)測為(wei)(wei)基礎,主(zhu)要用于(yu)對城網及(ji)農網配(pei)(pei)電(dian)線(xian)路進(jin)行(xing)(xing)節能(neng)改造(zao),以(yi)線(xian)路為(wei)(wei)單元(配(pei)(pei)變(bian)0.4kV側低壓(ya)集中補償(chang)(chang)與(yu)10kV高(gao)壓(ya)線(xian)路補償(chang)(chang)相結(jie)合(he))進(jin)行(xing)(xing)總體的(de)無(wu)功(gong)優(you)(you)化(hua)設計。首先(xian)通(tong)過遠程監(jian)測與(yu)后臺的(de)數據分析,提(ti)供單元線(xian)路每臺配(pei)(pei)變(bian)的(de)電(dian)容優(you)(you)化(hua)配(pei)(pei)置方案;以(yi)此為(wei)(wei)基礎,通(tong)過潮流(liu)分析計算,提(ti)供10kV線(xian)路的(de)無(wu)功(gong)補償(chang)(chang)優(you)(you)化(hua)配(pei)(pei)置方案,即確(que)定(ding)10kV線(xian)路高(gao)壓(ya)補償(chang)(chang)點(可以(yi)多點補償(chang)(chang))及(ji)每點的(de)電(dian)容配(pei)(pei)置結(jie)構(gou);電(dian)容器的(de)控制采用自動尋優(you)(you)方式(shi)投切(qie),使單元線(xian)路始(shi)終保持相對最(zui)優(you)(you)的(de)節能(neng)狀(zhuang)態,并利于(yu)提(ti)高(gao)、穩(wen)定(ding)電(dian)能(neng)質量(liang)。 
此(ci)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)特別適用(yong)于供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)半徑大、線(xian)(xian)路(lu)結(jie)構分(fen)(fen)支(zhi)較多、功率因(yin)數(shu)較低、用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)大且(qie)(qie)負(fu)荷類型復雜的線(xian)(xian)路(lu),不僅(jin)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)效果十分(fen)(fen)顯著,且(qie)(qie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質量(liang)亦(yi)有明顯改善或提(ti)高(gao),由于兼容現有的負(fu)控系統(tong)(tong)(tong),故更利(li)于增強配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網絡管理的時(shi)效性。 系統(tong)(tong)(tong)(ESSP-3000)包括終端(duan)(duan)設(she)備、通(tong)信(xin)平臺及(ji)主(zhu)站(軟件)管理系統(tong)(tong)(tong)三部分(fen)(fen),終端(duan)(duan)設(she)備及(ji)主(zhu)站功能(neng)(neng)均(jun)可根(gen)據(ju)用(yong)戶實際需求選配(pei)(pei),但建議(yi)首先進行一定時(shi)期的配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)數(shu)據(ju)監測,以此(ci)為基礎,再(zai)確定并實施單元線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的無功補償方案(an)。科學合理的系統(tong)(tong)(tong)構建,將(jiang)明顯提(ti)高(gao)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網絡安全、可靠(kao)、經濟運行與集(ji)中(zhong)管理的效率。 
由于該方案采用了系統的配電監測系統,實時(shi)的獲(huo)得了無功(gong)的潮流分布,有(you)針(zhen)對性的投入了補償(chang)裝置,其降損效果(guo)非常顯著。 
3、方案(an)三 
低(di)壓用(yong)(yong)戶變、公變等采用(yong)(yong)就地高采低(di)補(bu)完(wan)全補(bu)償(chang)方(fang)式(shi),線(xian)路上采用(yong)(yong)多(duo)段小容量的固定補(bu)償(chang)及(ji)無(wu)功負(fu)荷(he)集中區的高壓無(wu)功多(duo)級補(bu)償(chang)方(fang)式(shi),達(da)到(dao)對單條線(xian)路線(xian)損的最佳控(kong)制。 
該方(fang)案(an)的思(si)路(lu)是從10kV線(xian)路(lu)的無功組成進行分析,力圖在源頭上進行無功凈化處理,從而(er)使80%線(xian)路(lu)無功不需(xu)流(liu)向線(xian)路(lu),使線(xian)路(lu)的高壓補(bu)償更(geng)加徹底,更(geng)加易于操(cao)作(zuo)。
